she was locked in her room
vivid flashbacks of an empty life loomed
as she sat on her bed she presumed-
-that the situation was so bad
it was THATS IT! complete sadness had-
-her suffer too much pain
she held a razor across her wrist ready to slice those veins
far from an optimist ..the only thing left was the pessimist approach
she played god..turning back now! was simply was too late ... .
her fate-
was to take her gifted life and encroach
punctured arms that bled
and led
her to a hellacious death
lets rewind the clock
and see what had her heart locked
her name was IMAN and this was not an irony
because faith she had, she prayed, lived islamically and guarded her privacy
top student at her class
facing immature adolescents was soon to prove a big task
her clothing-
caused hysterical laughs, she a wore a black jilbab not to be showing-
her body, but they taunted her with the name batman
she complained to teachers but they'd never understand
it had gotten worse over the years
her performance at school dropped, enshrouded with fear
no shoulder to cry on,no close peers
it was too much to handle
a diminishing light on a thin candle
enough was enough
she came back home looking depleted and rough
thoughts that had been growing in her mind for years like a poisonous mushroom
here she was locked in her room

And as for the onewho fears standing in front of His Lord and restrainsthe soul from impure evil desires and lusts, verily, Paradise will be his abode [79:40-41]
