Start looking for work insha'Allah and make a budget. Many people with doctorate and masters even accept far less than what they deserve just to make ends meet so don't look down on any offer.

I agree. It's difficult for everyone right now, inshaAllah things will begin t o look up for you soon. You should make dua regularly and keep your prayers, wake up for tahajood, offer fasts, just pray to Allah, he will not give u any difficulties that u cannot bare.
Make sincere dua for rizq and make the intention that you will use the money for the sake of Allah to get out of debt, support family, give sadaqah etc.
