ISIS suspected to be using drug called Captagon; allows them to sleep less, kill more

It has been narrated on the authority of 'Arfaja who said:

I have heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: Different evils will make their appearance in the near future. Anyone who tries to disrupt the affairs of this Umma while they are united you should strike him with the sword whoever he be.

    Wouldn't be surprised.

A powerful amphetamine tablet based on the original synthetic drug known as "fenethylline," Captagon quickly produces a euphoric intensity in users, allowing Syria's fighters to stay up for days, killing with a numb, reckless abandon.

Do you mean something like the rambo chip, MK ultra and Project paperclip manipulations?
Or maybe ilsome people realised the ptsd and gulf war syndrome caused by the cognitive dissonance and resorted to the manchurian candidate and inception methods, And when that didn't work, moved on to "the old man of the mountain" method of the order of assassins? The western media did say that the saudi u.s friend got caught in lebanon with a few tonnes of amphetamine pills and cocaine aimed for consumption by ISIS fighters.

Let me make it clear to you that it is haram to manipulate people into committing haram acts.

    Rophenol is sick too.
Now you'll need to research further to realise where it's coming from.

Earlier during the Vietnam War, soldiers were injected with the Rambo chip, designed to increase adrenaline flow into the bloodstream.

Project MKUltra—sometimes referred to as the*CIA's mind control program—was the code name given to an illegal program of experiments on human subjects, designed and undertaken by the United States*Central Intelligence Agency*(CIA). Experiments on humans were intended to identify and develop drugs and procedures to be used in interrogations and torture, in order to weaken the individual to force confessions through*mind control. Organized through the*Scientific Intelligence Division*of the CIA, the project coordinated with the*Special Operations Division*of the U.S. Army's*Chemical Corps.[1]*The program began in the early 1950s, was officially sanctioned in 1953, was reduced in scope in 1964, further curtailed in 1967 and officially halted in 1973.[2]*The program engaged in many illegal activities;[3][4][5]*in particular it used unwitting U.S. and Canadian citizens as its test subjects, which led to controversy regarding its legitimacy.[3](p74)[6][7][8]*MKUltra used numerous methodologies to manipulate people's mental states and alter brain functions, including the surreptitious administration of drugs (especially*LSD),*hypnosis,[9]*sensory deprivation, isolation,*verbal*and*sexual abuse, as well as various forms of*torture.

What popped to my mind was the old legend about al-Hassan ibn-al-Sabbah who used hashish to enlist the aid of young men into his private army known as assassins. True or not, this sounds quite similar.

    From Occupied Palestine:

We have suffered too much for too long. We will not accept apartheid masked as peace. We will settle for no less than our freedom.
