Today when i wakeup i read a news and when i saw the image i started laughing because a Muslim on his lowest level can at least read La Ilaha Illa allah Muhammad Ur Rasool ALLAH in arabic.
And in This picture You can clearly see that they are holding it up side down. I doubt if they are even Muslims who are holding this so called black banner.
These are really ISIS Agents Israeli secret intelligence service agents!

The men who hold ISIS flag are Iraqi soldiers, and they hold ISIS flag upside down as symbol that they have defeated ISIS. Holding ISIS flag upside down is 'tradition' of Iraqi soldiers. Notice the pictures below.
