isha is around 9:30-40, I sleep at 10:22 PM. Wake up 5 AM for Fajr. sleeps again at 6 AM....... wakes up 7 AM.
So about 7 hours minus 22 minutes, minus 1 hour, + 1 hour. around 7-8 hours.
Still sleepy in the morning.
And Allah knows best.
Meaning of Shirk according to The Qur'an
" Worshipping anyone or anything besides Allah " or " distributing anything exclusive to Allah, to anyone or anything else "
Meaning of Tawheed according to The Qur'an Worshipping none but Allah. Affirming whatever is exclusive to Him, Him alone.
Do wudu before sleeping and try adhkar or remembrance of Allah like 33 times subhanallah , alhamdulila, and 34 times Allahu akbar and read Ayatul Qursi. read la ilaha ilallah continuously untill you sleep. because satan distracts us whenever we do ibadha like Dhikr , so try this way try so that satan thinks it better you sleep than thinking anything else and earning virtues through Dhizkr , try this inshallah
I go to bed at around 10 pm, wake up for Fajr and just stay up after that.
Those early hours of the morning are a special time - I'm not sure how to describe it but it just feels very special.
Also, if you stay up after Fajr you get to see the most *stunning* sunrises subhanAllah. My iPad is filled with pictures of the beautiful sunrises I have captured.
Pro tip: if you want to fall asleep easier, avoid any devices such as phones or computers at least a couple of hours before you sleep, they're like stimulators.

I do this before sleeping:
Astaghfirullah
Subhanallah Alhamdulillah LaaIlahIllallah Allahuakbar
Shalawat
Al Ikhlas x 3
Reading Ayat Kursi, last 2 ayat of al Baqarah, Al ikhlas Al Falaq Annas to my hands then sweep it all over my body
Al Kafirun
A dua taught by a hadith, before sleeping (Allahumma inni aslamtu wajhi ilaik etc)
Sometimes i fell asleep during reading al Waqiah. But if i dont sleep at al Waqiah, i will probably be closing my eyes while my mind wandering around wildly for an hour

But Sura Tabarak is most stressed to read before Sleep than waqiah. those duas are good if you know them .
