i was thinking whether it was permissable to wear products which contained glycerin, glycerol etc.. which are found in Soaps, moisturisers, make up products etc.. what is the ruling on this? is it halal because most of the things we wear or utilise on a regular basis contain these ingredients.
i would be grateful for some advice,

Maybe because some of these are derived from alcholic substances?
