while conspiracy theories are most definitely the arena of Webster Tarpley, this vid is a bit different. it is about the Malthusian Theory of Population Control, which, briefly, is:
resources on Earth are limited
Anglo Saxons are God's chosen people and are therefore entitled to the lion's share of the resources on the planet
black and brown races, are by consequence, using resources that belong to whites
depopulation of the black and brown races, by premature death and birth control, is the entitlement of the white race
now, this might sound like a conspiracy theory, but it was actually official policy of the British Empire and therefore "legal".
this video is an extract of a much larger one, and as such is basically limited to Tarpley reading excerpts from books published by members of the Obama administration that advocate "population control" of the 3rd World. it is basically a case for genocide of "unworthy" people. if you watch the vid, you will plainly see that the bulk of it is just reading what has been published. if the entire interview was published, then we would (most likely)get into the area of conspiracy theories. as it stands, maybe 5%.
there is actually a problem with labeling it a conspiracy theory, which implies a theory about an illegal action. firstly, it isn't a theory, it is one of the goals of "the New World Order" (where you can argue conspiracy theory) and second, the writers suggest how to do all of these things LEGALLY, EVEN in the United States! it is pretty alarming stuff.

Let me just jump in here and point out the giant flaw in this conspiracy theory.
The key predictor of population growth in a given group is affluence. There is a century's worth of research to back this up. If you want the population growth rate to drop, then you increase literacy, improve public health and sanitation (this means everything from clean water supplies and sewage treatment to vaccination programs), and improve nutrition, housing, and economic security. The population growth will drop below zero within two generations (about 45 years).
No, the power elite have no interest in seeing the population decline. A steady source of desperate people wanting jobs is where they see the future.
