Dirty Clothes Dirty Human

When you wear a pair of clothes, you go out, you meet people, you eat, you travel, you sleep in them.

What happens is they get dirty.

if you carried on wearing them without taking them off and washing them now and again they would become so dirty and smelly that you would repel all that is good, you would attract bad things...bacteria, disease etc...

in the same way you as a human, your soul, your mind becomes dirty as you meet people, work, travel etc...

As you carry on you become stressed, anxious...but then you are given means to carry on and its all made fair seeming.

But obviously you cant take your self out and wash yourself, BUT maybe this is what namaaz does...

When you pray namaaz its like washing your clothes...it removes the dirt from your mind and soul...

It cuts you off from the world and you enter the washing machine you destress and cleanse and then cleaned you return to the world refreshed.

So as you dont pray namaaz, you carry on getting dirty, the shaytaan and devils stay with you and follow you around, its causes you stress and you become more angrier and anxious, you then have to do some form of self harm to carry on...drugs, glamour, harming others, violence etc...

Its just an opinion however many people say this, often when they are anxious praying namaaz makes them feel better
