If your mom breastfed this child for five feedings, then he became her son through breastfeeding which is called radaa’ah.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to the wife of Abu Hudhayfah concerning Saalim, the freed slave of Abu Hudhayfah: “Breastfeed him, then you will become his mahram.” Narrated by Muslim (1453).

It has to be five times as brother Brasco said and indicated in the Hadeeths he quoted.
This is a matter of marriage, so you have to ask your mother or his mother (the one who breastfeed both of you) how many times she exactly breastfeed the child whether you or him. Then go to a scholar and ask him, so you will be very sure of that thing

I am sure , this is a fake hadith . A woman can not breast feed an adult man . In the case of her own son , mothers are told to breast feed for 2 years . If needed then more 6 months.
And Allah knows Best.
Christ will never be proud to reject to be a slave to God .....holy Quran, chapter Women , 4: 172
