She has to wait (at least) three monthly periods before she marries again or until she gives birth if she's pregnant...

"Be content with what you have, Be satisfied with your dwelling place to accommodate your enterprise, Restrain your tongue, And shed tears of regret regarding past sins you committed knowingly, and those you do not recognize" - ‘Abdullah Ibn Mas’ud
Is a woman allowed to get married within the four months after her divorce?
A divorcee can remarry upon completing her Idah which is three menstrual cycles. But if there is no idah if the marriage has not been consummated.
As for a divorced woman, her waiting period ends when three intervals between menstruations have finished, if she is not pregnant. Allah Almighty says: "Women who are divorced shall wait, keeping themselves apart, three (monthly) courses. And it is not lawful for them that they should conceal that which Allah hath created in their wombs if they are believers in Allah and the Last Day. And their husbands would do better to take them back in that case if they desire reconciliation. And they (women) have rights similar to those (of men) over them in kindness, and men are a degree above them. Allah is Mighty, Wise." (Al-Baqarah: 228)
Idah period of woman (if she is not pregnant) is four months and ten days.
"Such of you as die and leave behind them wives, they (the wives) shall wait, keeping themselves apart, four months and ten days. And when that they reach the term (prescibed for them) then there is no sin for you in aught that they may do with themselves in decency. Allah is informed of what ye do"
(Al-Baqarah : 234)
Edit : Ops, sorry I didn't notice, this is about divorced woman, not widow.
