It basically says that you need to ask your Imam about the vinegar, because some are and some are not and there is a mixed opinion on it, different schools of thought follow different guidelines, etc.
And about the Brewer's yeast it says that there is a mixed opinion on this also, and it gives the reasons why.... but it sounds liek mostly it is not considered halal.
What are you using Brewer's Yeast for? Is it for the nutritional value? Have you considered Nutritional Yeast? You can get halal (and kosher) nutritional yeast.
I need Brewer's Yeast for its nutritional value... I was thinking also that Brewer's Yeast was probably haram..... You are probably right, I will go for Nutritional Yeast instead.
As far as the Apple Cider Vinegar is concerned, I will need to ask an Imam :-)

I use Nutritional Yeast. If you compare it side by side with Brewer's Yeast, you will find almost the same vitamin content/ nutritional values, but Nutritional Yeast often has much less sodium and more of the B vitamins. The flavor of Nutritional Yeast is also far superior to Brewer's Yeast.
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Firstly in regards to Brewers yeast then it is doubtful because some scholars say it is halal and some say it is not so therefore one should take precaution on a doubtful matter and keep away from it. Bakers yeast is halal.
In regards to Vinegar then not only is it halāl but the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم even praised it.
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said, “How great of a condiment is vinegar” (Muslim)
If your looking to consume Apple cider vinegar then try and get a low acidity version and mix 3 tea spoons of it with 3 tea spoons of cogulated honey (thick and raw) and take with a straw to avoid tooth enamul wearing away. This has been said by many to be very beneficial.

Asalaamu Alaikum Wr Wb, yes it certainly does and the new format does not state what gender a user is. I really prefer the original style and format of this forum. The new style is in no way better than the original format for it is much worse and many of the good features of the old style are gone. It is also annoying at times to write out posts because it keeps on going back to the top of the page for some reason. I say we should go back to the original format and ditch this one and go back to the original format.
