When women are praying and they go down into ruku and sajda , the hijab comes foward and then a bit of the front neck is exposed - does this invalidate salah???
Although I am not scholar / mufti but as per my little knowlegdge, it doesn't invalidate Sala, unless some ones (non-Moharim) see that place of her body.
A similar fatwa I saw at Islam-QA, here is the link.
When there is nothing left but Allah that is when you find out that Allah is all you need.

Asalaamu Alaikum, jazakallahu khayran for your question. Can you not tie your hijaab in place so that it does not reveal any part of your neck when going down in Ruku or Sajda?
If you wear a khimar which is tied properly then it would never reveal the neck when going down in Ruku or Sajda.
And Allah knows best in all matters
