    Re: Silly Question?

Listening to nasheed should not become a habit which takes up a person’s time and affects his duties and mustahabb actions, such as affecting his reading of Qur’aan and calling others to Allah. As per your case there is no such thing,Recitation of Qur'aan or Listening to Hadith which needs to be respected, they need our adab.To be honest,I don't view Nasheeds as something very sacred, majority are religious songs which may give you a emotional boost for sometime but not as substitute for anything your heart felts firm upon And Allah knows best
