As far as I know, drawing pictures of living things is haram. Is playing games with hyper realistic human animation allowed? You arent the the one who made the pictures, but do you get equal punishment for playing with the pictures? As playing the game would be supporting the makers and because of this support they might publish a new version of the game. If no one plays the game, it would probably collapse and be discontinued.
