avoiding temptations of lust. ie: masturbation,zina,temptation of the opposite sex, getting over your former partners advances. keep reciting the following 2 verse from surah An-Na'ziat.
[SIZE=5.2]وَأَمَّا مَنۡ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِۦ وَنَهَى ٱلنَّفۡسَ عَنِ ٱلۡهَوَ

(79:40) Wa amaa man kha fa maka'ma rabi hi, wana hanaf 'sa anil hawa.
[SIZE=2.2][SIZE=2.2]But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust.
[/SIZE][/SIZE]فَإِنَّ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ هِىَ ٱلۡمَأۡوَ
(79:41) Fa inal Janatta hiyal ma'wa.
Lo! the Garden will be his home.
