In this blog session we will move on to learn the next 4 letters. I also posted the arabic alphabet song above. We already went over the non-connecting letters so we will go on to what comes next. You have to keep in mind that these blog posts are just to give you a general idea about the letters and lessons this by no means can substitute the actual lessons of the course this is just to give you a idea of what the lessons are like and the general form of the lessons. The letters that follow are; the letter Meem م and the sound that this letter makes is like that of the 'm' in the English language. The letter is a connecting letter and that means it will connect to any letter that comes after it. And this letter has 3 forms a beginning form when it comes in the beginning of a word and middle form when it comes in the middle of a word and final form when it comes at the end of a word. However, I can't show you all 3 forms via this blog it's not possible that is why you should sign-up to my Learn Arabic alphabet song. The next letter that we will go over is the letter ب baa and the sound this letter makes is like that of the letter 'b' and this letter is also a connecting letter which means along with its standard form it also has a connecting form. The next letter that we will learn next is the letter و waaw and as we already learned before this letter is not a connecting letter which means it doesn't connect any letters after it. And the sound this letter makes is 2 sounds depending on the word and context of the word- one sound it makes it the 'OO' sound as the 'u' sound in the word mute. And a 'w' sound as the 'w' in the word work. The last letter that we will go over today is the letter ذ dthaa and we went over this letter already when we discussed the letter is a non-connecting letter and the sound this letter makes is not like any letter in the English language as we have already learned the sound it makes is kind of like a d followed by a th sound and it has not English equivalent as we said already so to fully understand this letter you will need to hear the sound with your own ears as I said and that is through my learn Arabic alphabet song which is presented via video lessons and unlike these very short simple and general blog posts my video lesson course will be detailed and advanced not just basic and simple but we will go into detail and depths regarding each letter and we have a lot of practice to ensure the student is learning.
