Many of the opposite sex who are single
love to mix and mingle
They say they are only 'friends'
but this is an Unislamic trend
If only they would lower their gaze
they wouldn't be in a stupendous daze;
If only they Allah could see even in a haze
their heinous sins would them faze
Soon Shaytaan turns 'friends' into lovers
and they perpetrate shameful acts behind covers
I wonder if these people are aware of their ever watchful Lord
when they act on their own nefarious accord!
