I was wondering if anyone knows why my cursor keeps moving all over the screen by itself?

Is it clean from underneath sis? You can try cleaning it by turnin it over and (if its the ball one) just twist that thing underneath, it will open up and you can clean it with a tissue or smthin..
Try doin that and reply back if it doesn't work..

it could be due to following reasons:
a. Your pc is effected by some spyware(most likely)
b. Your operating system is currupted
c. your mouse is broken down(rarely)
scan you pc for viruses and remove them.
if you r using MS Windows then visiting official website of windows can be helpful.
Most appropriate is formating your hard drive. if you have windows CD then back up all ur data, format ur hard drive and reinstall windows. b4 adding any thing install antivirus. then scan ur backups and after cleaning them for any virus threat put them in appropriate drive. this will refresh ur system n u will observe the enhancement in term of Response.

JazakAllah, tnx for trying to help everyone.
The mouse is clean underneath and so is the ball. But there was dust on the bars that are rotated by the ball.
Let's see if that solves the problem. If not I will do a scan inshaAllah.
may Allah reward you all for your help-ameen

If none of these solutions work, use the number 1 repairman's tool:
Never fails.
Also, if THAT doesn't work, then, it might be possessed by a Jinn.
...hey, don't get mad at me for saying that, you KNOW certain people always play the 'J' card at every oppurtunity.
'Hey, you spilt my soda!
-It was a Jinn.
Hey, you hit my head.
-It was a Jinn.
Hey, you're Jim!
-No, it's Jinn'
