Help Needed!!!!

i was wondering if anyone could help me. i need a software that allows me to edit sound recordings. like add echo, effects such as hall, room effects
i think there are some software that allows you to add effects such as this and many more to audio's and there is a software called Audio Configuration and Sound Manager
can anyone post the softwares download setup link or some sort of link for me to download the softwares?

The programs are in order of popularity and ratings.. so the first program in the list is prolli the best one insha Allaah, then the 2nd, 3rd etc. etc. :)

Simply because it's good and simple and easy to use :)

i love audacity. you can even use it to put your vinyl and your cassettes on your hard disk or on CD. and it's so simple that even i could figure out how to do it.
have you used audacity with (the horrible, disgusting, evil, sinister and dreadful) vista? i haven't been able to, but it might have to do with the sound card.
