UMMAH.......what does it mean EXACLTY.....?

IT is the title of Sami Yusuf's album but i cant seem to find an exact meaning

It means that all muslims over the world despite of their nationality, cast, creed, colour...are a part of one nation that is The Muslim nation known as Ummah..
so..whenever a person recites the kalima and enters islam he becomes a part of this ummah...

A comprehensive definition of Ummah. Ummah is Muslim community regardless of geographical limitation. The only entering ticket is Kalimah Tayyiba.
