there are some simple steps:

1. Make a big banner on cloth with the name and address of your site

2 wear a clown outfit and carry the banner around on the streets

- Try searching for "site submision engines" through google and register your site

- exchange links with other sites if u can

- make ur site interesting for people to visit so that they come back

thats all i can think for now
