Child Abuse

I want to write for the student magazine at my college and I ahve chosen to write for current affairs. I decided upon Child Abuse. I hoped to include a few case studies yet I want some that will bring tears to the readers eyes. I know any child abuse case is horrific but I wanted one that really stood out. Does that sound heartless? I just really want to raise awareness about Child Abuse.

Not really, coz you need to make people aware on what goes on for some children. Up to you.

Here's one from my state which a lady got off for leaving her baby in the car all day. This was big news in Iowa when this happened. I still can't fathom how you could forget about your child.

What about that shocking documentary on an orphanage in Bulgaria by a BBC journalist (if I'm correct..) It has been aired in Britain, Belgium and Holland. Maybe you can still find it on the net. It's soooo shocking and it makes everyone cry :-(
