In arabic '٨١' means '81', and '١٨' means '18'.

Now look at your left hand and you will see a '٨١' (81), and then look at your right hand and you will see a '١٨' (18).

'٨١' (81) + '١٨' (18) = 99

And what's so special about the number 99? We know the 99 names of Allah!
