There are alot of general lectures on the Prophet (S), like the "Love of the Prophet", his character etc. I don't of many specific lectures. Here are two you might like:

1) "In the House of the Prophet (S)" by Kamal al-Mekki and Waleed Basyouni (the second part is mainly of interest )
