peace to you all

Currently I am learning how to write in japanese. Initially, I am learning the Hiragana alphabet.
I wanna ask if the chracters lested below are the ones we can combine to write the words in japanese

sorry, yes. Hirangana is used. Katakan is used for loan words , foreighn words, sounds and often names.

Correct you can combine Hiragana to write japanese words...Katakana is for foreign words and Kanji for high class or Chinese loan word. You can learn Hiragana first because Kanji is difficult and to make sure you are not confused with Katakan. I am not a native speaker of Japanese, but I took it as a minor in university...it is a mess when the teacher (she is a chinese) taught us in hurry. Learn slowly by heart, Insya-Allah
