Namaz

When perfuming Wudu must all makeup be throughly removed before hand.. question is cos, someone who I know prays namaz at work but alwayshas eyeliner on, even after wudu???

Anything that prevents water from reaching the parts washed in wudhu must be removed. I assume that that would happen anyway, unless the makeup is water-proof. However there is nothing wrong with putting eye-liner on after wudhu and performing prayer with it.
