View Full Version : They are honest but they would give bribe

They are so eager to give bribe;
Scholars, tableegi maulanas, hajis
And even the pharaohs donned in the gown of peers
People revere them more than Allah.
They kiss their soft legs so often
And stand in queue to pay them bribe
Under cover of hadia
To buy happiness of the both worlds.

The peers take bribe in the name of Allah--
They are only traders in shirk─
The God-fearing tableegi maulanas,
Ideal teachers, cultural workers,
Professionals harping on morality,
Philanthropic all patriots,
They all want to give bribe;
Some to evade taxes, some for jobs
And some others for other unlawful
Benefits that are not their due.

When they are reminded of the Quran,
Of all-powerful Allah ─
Who has neither any assistant
Nor delegation of His power ─
They talk of their forefathers,
Of graves and peer-pharaohs;
They don't want corruption,
They only want to give bribe.
