I get wound up really quickly, I get stressed and work myself up.
Yesterday something happened and my anger built up and up, I began shaking like mad, and cos I couldn't hurt anyone, I could only think of hurting myself. Even though I didnt do anything, I aint happy that I thought about it.
Are there any duas that I could read to help me???
