Gmail & Yahoo mails through Outlook Express ?

I want to get my g & yahoo mails through Outlook Express. Is that possible ?

Yes it is possible. You need to pay Yahoo for that level of access (then you will have the "POP" mail access info needed)
Gmail on the other hand is free for that kind of access. Please refer to their help pages for setting this up.
I am not more knowledgeable in this matter than this.

thanks ....it's easy to forward gmil to the local account than receiving directly through OE.

To set up your Outlook Express client to work with Gmail:

1. 1. Enable POP in Gmail. Don't forget to click Save Changes when you're done.
   2. Open Outlook or Outlook Express.
   3. Click the Tools menu, and select Accounts...
   4. Click Add, and then click Mail...

   5. Enter your name in the Display name: field, and click Next.
   6. Enter your full Gmail email address (username@gmail.com) in the Email address: field, and click Next.

   7. Enter pop.gmail.com in the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server: field. Enter smtp.gmail.com in the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: field.

   8. Click Next.
   9. Enter your Gmail username (including '@gmail.com') in the Account name: field. Enter your Gmail password in the Password: field, and click Next.

   10. Click Finish.
   11. Highlight pop.gmail.com under Account, and click Properties.

   12. Click the Advanced tab.
   13. Fill in the following information:*
       
       • Check the box next to This server requires a secure connection (SSL) under Outgoing Mail (SMTP).
       • Enter 465 in the Outgoing mail (SMTP): field.
       • Under Outgoing Mail (SMTP), check the box next to This server requires a secure connection (SSL).
       • Under Incoming mail (POP3), check the box next to This server requires a secure connection (SSL). The port will change to 995.

       *The order of Outgoing and Incoming mail server fields varies by version. Make sure you enter the correct information in each field.
   14. Return to the Servers tab, and check the box next to My server requires authentication.

   15. Click OK.
   Congratulations! You're done configuring your client to send and retrieve Gmail messages :D

Outlook 2007


To set up your Outlook 2007 client to work with Google Mail:

1. Open Outlook.
2. For new setups, select 'Do not upgrade'.
3. Select 'Yes'.
4. Enter display name, email address (including '@googlemail.com') and password.
5. Click 'Manually configure...'.
6. Select 'Internet Email'.
7. Settings name, full email address (including '@googlemail.com').
   
   • Select IMAP; use given incoming/outgoing servers.
   • Username should be full Google Mail address, including '@googlemail.com'.
   • After this screen, clicking 'Next' takes you to the end of the setup.
8. Select Tools > Options > Mail Setup. Under 'Email Accounts,' click 'Email Accounts'. Select account and click 'Change' above the list of accounts. Click 'More Settings', then the 'Advanced' tab.
   
   • Incoming server must be 993, and must use SSL encryption.
   • Outgoing server can use 587, TLS encryption.
9. Click 'OK' > 'Next' > 'Finish' > 'Close' > 'OK'.
