I want to ask.Are we allowed to move while we're praying?

Continuous movement during the prayer for no essential reason, or turning away from the Qiblah to a large extent, both invalidate the prayer.

Is that what you meant akhee? Prayer as in Salaah?. If so a person should try their best not to move too much without reason.
