There are a few pictures. You can also get Flaming Text! And allsorts of others. (Glitter, shiny, sparkly.)

whenever i try to upload one, it shows this:
You may not upload animated images.

I just tried to attach one gif, and it works fine...

Maybe you should try uploading your image to tinypic or imageshack. It has one big advantage: once you upload it there, you have it there and you can use the uploaded image whenever you want, without the need to upload it as an attachment.
