LECTURE HELP!!!mercy of Allah (s.a.w)

assalamu alaikum brothers and sister.

i need some help from my fellow muslim brothers and sister

iv got a lecture to perform in a weeks time in london at the institute in canturbury where the audiance will be from th greenich,imperial university, i have been called up to talk on the subject "the mercy of allah" .

i have done a rough draft of the topic but i was looking to spice up the topic with some interesting stories or anyhitng which would catch peoples mind (not that i havnt put any of them in,but just wanted to come across some new things which you people might have come across which was some thing amazing...
