Islamic Culture depends on a variety of mediums, in your personal view
which medium is the most significant and why? And how can we
sustain the influence of such medium on our culture?

If you were seeking for the most ambiguous question, I think you'd be the very lucky winner. What do you mean by mediums? I don't think you're referring to those people claiming to have extra-sensorial powers. If you you say mediums referring to "Vectors", then, let me tell you that the plural of the word medium is media.

Sorry, I hope that our bros or sisters would enlighten you.

You mean like TV,radio, papers, Books and poetry, art sculpture and stories?

I would think out of that lot then the Koran and hadith would be the most important.

The question is ambiguous but I will assume that by culture you mean religion and by medium you mean sources.Then the most significant sources of the religion of Islam are the Quran and Sunnah. I hope I assumed right
