i feel sore, all over
i open the door, start over
i feel the core, its all over

my heart hurts
my arms kill
im gonna burst
tryna stay still

my legs cant move at all
my back cant stand tall
my chance to go to mall
has gon away to .........roll? :?

my neck is in pain
my head is shattered
i feel my vien
bout to be splattered

now i regret
why i let
myself to get
toooo IT

coz i played too much
basketball nd such
too many punch (boxing?)

i did a bit
then went to sit

took a sip
from the tip

woke up sore
this time more
SOMEONE HELP ME GET TO THE DOOR!!

Summary: i played to much bb, soccor, lifts, boxing, etc, yesterday......
now.... my arms are sore coz of lifts
my legs,, from soccor nd bb
back coz all
head coz a headache formed
neck coz................i duno
nd my heart coz of asthma nd it wont go away :exhausted

oh yeh i do this every day but to top it off with tru soreness my brother replaced the punching bag with me....(not the poet one, he's nice, he only yells at u with his scary big voice, im talkin bout the other one, the mean one who cares bout nothing but his muscles, hair nd clothes. )
