AsSalamOAlaikum WaRehmatuAllah WaBarkatuhu
A quick reminder.......
Behold in the Remembrance of Allah do hearts find satisfaction." (13-28)
Someone complainned to Sheikh Webb that he found it hard to remember Allah in his workplace his response was
"If Yunus (Allah's peace be upon him) could remember Allah in the belly of a whale, we can remember Allah in our workplace"
Prophet Muhammed ( Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said:
" There is a polish for everything, for the hearts it is Dhikr of Allah."
So Stop complaining and making excuses about ur busy hectic lives try to fit remembering Allah in ur schedule on the go ,at home, at school ,when you wake up before you go to sleep ,in the evening ,in the kitchen(I heard a sister managed to study the Quran in her kitchen mashallah).
" O ye who believe let not your riches or your children divert you from the Remembrance of Allah if any act thus, the loss is their own." (63:9)
Prophet Muhammed ( Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said:
" Those who remember Allah and those who do not are like those who are alive and those who are dead." (i.e. who remember Allah and celebrate, His praises are alive and those who do not are dead.)
May Allah make us among those who remember him(Subhaana Wa'aTala .Ameen
