What is "Humzad"

Did any body know what is "Hamzaad" (read in urdu, becasue i did not know the transalation in english , so if any body know please transalte the word).
i had read in some newpapper few time ago so did not exactly retain what it was actually but what i remeber is that the article/topic say there is another person/thing always with you , it was same as you are.
something like that , unable to describe properly.
So can you please share any thing which comes to your mind.

Hey brother, I've heard that some people make their shadow their friend and it is called "Hamzaad". It talks to them like a human. I dunno how to do it. If you come to know about how to do it, just drop me a PM to share it with me. :)
