Inactivation of auto-subscription to threads

Hey guys, since day one every thread I have started or replied to I received an email when someone has replied back to that thread. Tell me how to inactivate auto-subscription? I'm fed up of receiving e-mail notifications for every thread I post in. :p

Go to User CP
On the left side, there is a column of links
Click on "Options"
Scroll down just a bit, and see the section "Notifications and Messages"
And in the that section look for "Default Thread Options or something like that"
And click from the drop down, "No email notification"

Hey brother, I've changed it to "No email notification." Should I change it back to "No Subscription? "

I've just seen what you've said. So I should change it to "No subscription." Right?
