You can say "Rabbi" as it means "My Lord".

"Rabbahu" means "His Lord".

But, in the Qur'an it is said "rabbahu anni" not "rabbahu inni", the meaning goes wrong.

You could say,

Rabbi inni maghloobun fantasir

You could say,

Rabbi anni maghloobun fantasir

Or else,

Rabbahu anni maghloobun fantasir.
if I want to use the sentence myself, I must say:

رَبِّي إِنِّي مَغْلُوبٌ فَانْتَصِرْ

and not

رَبِّي أَنِّي مَغْلُوبٌ فَانْتَصِرْ

If you are making this du'a then it is inni.

But if you are reciting the verse of the Qur'an, then it is anni.

Both have similar meaning but there is a slight difference in the grammatical forms. anna means that, and inna means indeed. In the Qur'an, the du'a of Nuh :as: is related as he invoked his Lord saying that, while when you make your own du'a, you have to say I am indeed.

That's what I understood and Allah :swt: knows best.
