:sl:

If you do a system restore..it might hide the bug in the system..so before you do..follow these steps (they seem long, but all except the final scan will be completed in less than 15 minutes):

http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/Malwa...ide-t2852.html

Make sure you run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware as stated in the directions, it usually cleans out most of the problems.

For PC recovery, when you restart your computer, all you have to do is press F10 (I think)... PC recovery sets your computer back to it's manufactured state. Except, I think, the files are kept safe. Well, they were the second time I ran PC recovery anyway.

That's a last resort. But seeing as you're offline, saying that isn't going to help anything. Haha~

Oh, you got me one? Too bad I won't actually recieve it. Heh. ^_^

But like I said... If all else fails, go ahead with the PC recovery. But make sure that the PC owners know that you're doing it and what the results are going to be. Or, simply put, you'll feel worse that you feel right now. Because all the files might be lost altogether.

What options do you see at the bottom of the screen when it first lights up after you restart?
