The woman does seem a little crazy but who can blame her, Rumsfield is truly miserable and evil person who blatantly lied to the world to justify some horrific crimes against innocent people.

He may think he got away with murdering innocents in this life, but he will be repaid fully for his actions in the Hereafter.
