Daubit-Blog developed an intressting application. It shows the direction to Mecca. It is based on GPS and compass-data. This is no fake!!! I Think is could be usefull for muslim people who travel around the world.

the iphone has this compass app that automatically points north whichever way you turn, pretty amazing, so I was pretty sure they'd make an app for the qiblah direction using that feature

Sorry, but i think this is impossible because the IPod Touch dont support gps and compass.
