you know I didn't have a computer in college, It wasn't until grad school that I was blessed, and now all this free info on the web for free.. the new generations should be brilliant at the age of 12 max.. no?

as a note, I think nowadays it's more about knowing where to find information rather than memorizing it.

I am impressed with some of the things you can use to cement your learning on youtube .. I have never seen an intraaortic baloon pump and can only visualize it in my mind, seeing it on youtube, the mechanism by which it decreases afterload and perfuses the vessless was impressive..

I hope they can fix youtube so that it filters the trash.. but I guess you just have to know how to navigate through it?...
