recomend me a digi-cam

Could someone recommend me a (digital) camera has the following:

Can take capture movement clearly. So if I’m in a moving vehicle or something, i can take a pic and it’ll come out normally.

Can take good photos at night without the use of a tripod and without the photo looking blurry like this:

Can zoom in from very far. for example this photo I took (and no those houses aren’t my parents home)...

i wanted it to look more like this:

is it too much to ask from a humble digi-cam? Would i need a separate camera if i want to zoom it from very far or?
