Go to your control panel. There it has a list of all of the threads you have subscribed to. Below each thread it says 'reply' and 'unsubscribe' just click on the second option and inshallah you are unsubscribe from those threads.
I may be wrong but theres a button in the options panel,which simply asks for 'how would you suscribe'(or something along those lines...) and there you can't check the one where it says 'do not suscribe'.
