Quran with both transliteration and translation

Salamu alaikum,

I am looking for a quran which contains arabic, pronunciation and translation (english e.g.) at one page.
Does anyone know where I can get it? It would be easier for me to read and understand. When I was a child I learned to read arabic but I didn't practice for many years. A few weeks ago I encouraged myself to try again and I could still read al-fatiha :statisfie but unfortunately I cant understand the meaning, so I need translation. If there is something available which contains all in one it would be great.
I also would like to know if the translation of quran is regarded as holy as well? Or is "holy quran" only original arabic version?
