Ever go to car auctions?

I went for the first time tonight as I'm currently car hunting. There are some absolute beauties. I wanted to bid on 75% of them but I was told by mates to hold on a bit longer. The cars at these auctions go at a ridiculously low price. You can try them out 30 mins before the auction starts.
I envied this git that bought one for £1600, new fully kitted up beauty, I cannot remember what it was.



I am drooling imsad Patience...I'm going to get the best one going next month.
If anyone is looking for a car get to your local car auctions and make sure you are with a knowledgable person who knows his cars and knows his faults.

maybe i miss something, but i dont understand some people's -especially men- obsession with cars. its a piece of metal on wheels for gods sake....

im not a car lover myself but im just here to say that some of the sister here who think they know but dont know jacket potatoes about cars should stick to their wooden dolls

guys just remember if the ''slender frame'' picks on the most futile of things to win an argument be kind and just let them
it will boost their morale since they operate in hot and distressing conditions near the stove.

For me, a car should look good, have a nice AC n CD player and run smoothly. That's it :p
But it also helps if you have someone to open and close the car door for you :)
 
i think i showed some respect by quietly calling for a timeout if i wanted to go on i could've but what im not impressed with is your lack of class by immaturely implying on the public domain ever so loudely that you won a battle that in actuality never was

just reading ''the book of rules for written battles''

and an excerpt from page 15 says the following :

''If having an online written sparring with a female opponent the technique of ''last apology'' can be produced by using whatsoever method to play on the emotions of the opposite to force them to say the last apology under the influence of melancholy and the common method is calling for a truce under false pretenses this causes the opposition to win the battle''
