What are things you look for in a book review? :/

1. Some indication as to what age group or Education level the book is most likely to appeal to.

2. Is the book fact or fiction.

2a. If fact does it contain an an appendix of reference sources
2b. If fact based on first person experience, is the book verifiable
2c. If fiction what genre of fiction is it written as


3. What does the reviewer find as being the most interesting aspect of the book

4. What does the reviewer find as being the most distracting about the book

5. I also would like the reviewer to quote a short phrase or sentence from the book and do his/her personal critique on the writting style.

I recently wrote a review of Naked Came the Manatee, a round-robin spoof of Tom Clancy-type stories, written by the likes of Carl Hiaasen, Elmore Leonard, Dave Barry, and many others. Would you like to read the review?
