In my opinion, members should be "full members" before having the ability to post on the link exchange section. Some people are just linking to their websites (and not even linking back to IslamicBoard.com). Moderators should double check if a reciprocal link has been posted, and recheck (in a week) to see if it's still up.
If my thread gets approved, I'll be reviewing websites for whoever posts in the section, regardless of rank. :).
Also, I'll help with the checking of links.
