Advice: give charity in secret.
Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said: "The acts of righteousness and virtue save a man from the adverse consequences of the wicked acts. The charity that is given unobtrusively cools down Allah's anger, and kindness to kinsmen increases a man's age."
