i just think that i am going to pray eg. zuhr's fard.

Yes brother, rasoolullah sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam never used to say verbal inetentions (niyyahs).

In addition to Ukhtee Insane...
Even it is said that saying niyah is bida'a by few scholars.
When you have done Wudhu and came to masjid or placed musalla, your niyah is already there to offer sala of some specific time.
